Issac Jennings also known as “Ike” was born on Dec. 16, 1938 in Jonesville, LA to Elnora and Wash Jennings. He came to Utah in 1945. He departed this life on June 15, 2021, at Canyon Oak Rehab and Care Center in Woodland Hills, CA. He is the second oldest of ten children.
He attended West High School and afterwards served in the US Army about 5 years and then went to the National Guard- where he later retired as a SR. MSgt. He married Del Westbrook in 1970 and later divorced in 1980. Ike was a very caring and thoughtful person. He will surely be missed.
He leaves behind a sister Elizabeth Cameron- Taylorsville, UT along with two brothers, Junero (Mary Ann) Jennings from Van Muys, CA and Jeremiah Jennings of Little Rock, CA. Also he leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. Last but not least a special Aunt Leola Jackson (99 years old) from Houston, Texas.
Ike is preceded in death by his parents Wash and Elnora Jennings, sisters; Darlene, Maple Lee, and Alice Elaine Jennings. Along with his brothers; Tommy, Melvin, and Ray Jennings.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 30, 2021 at Memorial Redwood Mortuary at 10:00 AM. 6500 South Redwood Road West Jordan, UT. A viewing will happen at the same location an hour prior to the service starting at 9 AM. Interment will follow immediately after the service.
