Robert G Sorrells 66 passed away April 2 2024 after a courageous battle with COPD.

Bob was born on January 11 1958 in Provo Utah to Lee Roy and Jean Burr Sorrells. He grew up and attended schools in American Fork.

He Married Jaylene Slaugh they were later divorced.

A masterful brick mason for 42 years, Bob found joy and satisfaction in his craft. He took immense pride in his work, often boasting about his creations and eagerly showcasing them to others.

He loved the outdoors going camping, fishing, ATV and Harley rides. He valued spending time with family and friends. In his alone time he loved drawing, woodworking, and leathercraft

He is Survived by his son Jay Robert (J. R.) & Sylvana Sorrells and Daughter’s Angie Sorrells, Sara (David) Antillon.

5 Grandchildren Jayden, Jaxon, Haylee, Brooklynn, and Alekiah.

3 Sisters Debra (UL) Bittle, Sandy (Elvin) Harward, Cheryl Ellison, 2 brothers Dave (Edna) Sorrells and Jim (Lisa) Sorrells

Preceded in death by father Lee Roy Sorrells, mother Jean (George) Loch, step father Ron Hansen and brother Bret Hansen

Bob lived his life on his terms. He always said “He just needed to be Bob.”

I will miss you Bob. Going to get a drink in the morning and discussing the "BIG" things in life. I will never forget you and your personal independance from "the norm". You always "did it your way". I will miss you dropping in on us at work while out riding your Harley or crusing in your Vette. I appreciate all the good times together especially these last few years when we got closer.
