James Darwin Allgier
Age 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 2:37pm.
He was born July 17, 1949 in Salt Lake City to Darwin and Pearl Allgier. Jim Married his high school sweetheart Linda Lou Horrocks, they later divorced.
Jim married his current wife of 24 years Carol Ann Allgier.
Jim worked at UTA for 35 years as a bus driver and later in the ATU local 382 as the financial secretary/treasurer.
Jim is survived by his wife Carol, his children Jim Allgier (Cori) Michael Allgier (Sandee) Brandon Allgier, Kristen Allgier, and his step son Jeremy Fillis. 7 grandchildren, Cody, Kelly, Talinda, Joshua, Tyler, Jordan, Chelsey, 10 great grandchildren.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, his brothers, Scott, Steve, Richard, and his son Kelly Shane Allgier.
There will be a private family viewing. A Graveside will be held at 3 pm Monday March 18 2024, Memorial Redwood Mortuary 6500 South Redwood Rd.
