Valeri Tee Nguyen, age 19, passed away on February 6, 2021, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on September 12, 2001, in Salt Lake City, to Kim Pham and Dat Nguyen. She graduated Cyprus High School in Magna, Utah, in 2020 and was a University of Utah Nursing Program student.
She made High Honor Roll in high school and went viral on TikTok. She was a makeup artist, CNA, and MA. She loved the medical field, good food, makeup, making funny videos, her dogs (Twila, Luna, and Artemis), her red Infinity, taking photos, music, daily coffee run, the color red, making jokes and keeping people laughing, and going to the gym.
Valeri is survived by her parents (Kim Pham and Dat Nguyen), her oldest sister (Sabrina Nguyen), her brother (Dillan Nguyen), both grandmothers and a grandfather, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and dogs (Twila, Luna, and Artemis). She is preceded in death by her grandfather (Copeland Nguyen).

Valeri will always be in my heart and have a special place in my heart, I will never forget her and how smart and cute she was I was with her at APA but I will never forget the time we spent together she was one of my best friends and it tore my heart to pieces when I found out she had passed away 😭I am still heartbroken about this all for the past few days it’s all that’s been on my mind is her. I wish we could bring her back. I wish the best to the family my thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I know I don’t know you much but we are all brothers in Christ and I love you ❤️. May the peace of God fill your lives and help you with what you’re going through.
