Teddy V Jones passed away on May 13, 2021 in the comfort of his own home in West Jordan, Utah at the age of 87. He was born on March 8, 1934 in Sugar City, Idaho to Virgil Jones and Audry Bacon. Teddy, and the love of his life, Marjorie Jensen, were married and sealed for all time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on March 26, 1953.

Throughout Teddy’s life, he enjoyed fishing, loved Island Park, and going 4-wheeling in the Sand Dunes. He enjoyed making wooden trains in the garage and giving them away at McDonalds. Teddy was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served many callings. His favorite being his time serving to the Prison inmates, and the Employment Services.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie Jones, his sons Perry (Sandy) Jones, Kenny (Marsha) Jones, and Adrian Jones, 19 grandchildren, and 41 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Shirleen (Mick) Kimball, Gary (Arlene) Jones, Lynn Jones, and Larena (Don) Meyers.

Teddy is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil jones and Audry Bacon Jones, son Kelly Jones, grandson Joshua Jones, and sister-in-law Vickie Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. Interment will immediately follow the services.
