Tammy Lynn Erwin Cazier

Tammy Lynn Erwin Cazier passed away at the age of 50 at her home in Erda, Utah on June 13, 2021. She was born on March 10, 1971 to Raymond Royal Erwin and Patricia Ann Resch in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up in Champlin, Minnesota, and graduated from Anoka Senior High in 1989. Soon after, she moved to Utah, where she started her family with John Grissetti. Together they had Jack and Rylie, and then later divorced. She found her best friend and love of her life, Michael Eugene Cazier, and after over 10 years together, they married on June 5, 2019.

Tammy was a Star Wars fanatic! She was an avid collector, having enough memorabilia to have her own museum. She loved to travel, and had a good sense of adventure. Her favorite thing was to spend time with family. Her best accomplishment was to be “Grammy Tammy.”

Tammy is survived by her two loving children, Jack Edward Grissetti, and Rylie Mae Grissetti, her father Raymond Royal Erwin, her sister Cary Erwin Royall, her bonus children, Jamie (Jake) Christensen, Laurie (Neil) Birrell, and Cameron (Hailey) Cazier. Her six grandchildren, Tayson, Jaxon, Liam Michael, Elouise, Blake, and Kennedy. She also leaves behind her three cats: Tiger, Annie, and Max.

She is preceded in death by her wonderful husband Michael Eugene Cazier, and her mother Patricia Ann Resch Erwin.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123 with a friends and family gathering one hour prior beginning at 2:00 PM. Inurnment will follow immediately.

The family invites you to wear your favorite Star Wars shirt in Tammy’s honor, and dress comfortably. It’s what Tammy would have wanted.
