Tamara Jean Dunn was born June 4, 1960 with an empathetic and selfless heart. She was an amazing mother, nana, sister, daughter, cat mom, and friend. But more importantly, she was a truly loving and compassionate soul. Whether taking in strays, mending wounded birds, or opening her home to others, the love that she carried radiated to all beings that were around her. She shouldered more than her share of pain with dignity, yet somehow managed to be present, giving and true to others. She was a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and our best friend. Fierce and loyal to the end, a pillar of strength and affection.
The heart of our family.
She will be missed every day and never forgotten.

I have such fond memories of growing up with Tammy when we were children we had fun playing together I wish we would have been able to spend more time together in our in our time now we were all going to try to get together and have cousin lunches I am so sorry for your loss she was such a fun person
I met Tamara in the mid 80's in an AOL chat room. We only met in person one amazing weekend in Reno. Yet we maintained a friendship through calls, letters, and Facebook. She had a big loving heart and a great sense oh humor. Love always.
Tammy was a wonderful cousin! She raised, a great family. She will be missed!😥🙏♥️
