Stacey McKnight, went peacefully home to be with Jesus on Saturday, June 6th 2020, due to complications from early-onset Alzheimer's disease. She was 60 years young. We are truly heartbroken but grateful for the years we were blessed with her presence. We are thankful that she is now free from all of her pain and suffering.
Stacey was born January 22, 1960 in Bountiful, Utah. Throughout her years she was a talented computer network analyst, an avid body builder, and a stunt double. She was also an amazing artist, a great mom, loving wife and devoted grandmother. She endured many hardships, but her faith in Jesus sustained her through them all. One of her favorite ways of showing her love for Jesus was through music. She loved singing to her savior and sharing that music with others. She was an exceptionally kind person. She was generous and loving to her family, friends, and everyone she met.
One of the greatest joys in her life was when she became "Nana" to her grandkids. Her face always lit up whenever they were around. She loved spending time with them and always made them feel special. She will be greatly missed.
Stacey is survived by her best friend, Rich McKnight; her daughter, Chelsey Crocker and “son-in-love” Jonathan Crocker, grandchildren Caleb and Khloe Crocker, sister-in-law Karen McKnight, sister in faith Carol McKnight; her mother Joyce Thomas; sisters, Marsha, Laurie (Bob), Leslie (Ken), Mindy (Scott); her brother Gary (M’Jean); and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sister Lisa, and father, Francis Lund.
There will be a private memorial service held on June 11th at Mountain View Memorial. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to one of Stacey's favorite causes listed below:
