Sosefina Falute Herrera passed away July 2, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born October 31, 1976 in Apia, Samoa to Atapana Ete and Tiresa Falute. She graduated from CCWS High School. Sosefina was called to serve in the California San Diego Mission in 2000. On December 17, 2011 she married Christian Herrera in West Valley City, Utah. Together they had three daughters; Julia, Tali and Scarlett.

Sosefina was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. Her biggest passion in life was to help and serve others in need.

She is survived by her husband and three daughters; her father, Atapana Ete and her brother Sione Falute. Sosefina is preceeded in death by her mom, Tiresa Falute.

Sosefina's funeral service will be held July 14, 2023 at the Granger North Stake, 3175 S 3450 W, West Valley CIty, Utah at noon. There will be a viewing prior to the service from 9:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Valley View Memorial Park in West Valley City, Utah
