It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Lee Rodriguez (Danks) on July 2, 2026, at the age of 85.

Sharon was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth, laughter, and love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had an unforgettable sense of humor, a generous heart, and a vibrant personality that made her the life of every gathering. A true social butterfly, Sharon cherished time spent with family and friends and loved them fiercely.
Sharon graduated from Granite High School in Salt Lake, UT in 1959 and carried her positive spirit and resilience throughout her life. She was a strong, vibrant woman who raised her 4 children pretty much on her own! She is a beast cancer survivor as well. She brought humor and love to everyone. She will be greatly missed by many, especially her family.
She is survived by her children Wayd LaPearle (Eileen), Siobhan Eith (William)Todd LaPearle (Rose), and Chantell Slaughter (Blake), her 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchild, and her sister Shirley Matthew's (Danks), and many nieces and nephews.
Sharon was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robustino Rodriguez Jr., her parents Harvey and Veda Danks, 3 sisters, Phillis, Joyce, and Margery, and 2 brothers Junior and Donald.
