Sharon was born July 28, 1943 to Ken and Jean Snow in Salt Lake City Utah. She graduated from Box Elder HS in 1961 and married Michael L Carver on April 18th 1962. They were later sealed in the Logan Temple and recently celebrated their 57th anniversary.

Sharon was a devoted Football, Baseball, and Theater mom. She supported her children in all aspects of life and was a great example to them. She was active in her faith and loved family history work. Her and her friend Charlene Dunn spent years working together at the Salt Lake genealogy library researching Good morning sunshine, how did you wake so soon? and preparing names for Temple work. Her love of family history was a driving factor in her decision to return to school in her 60’s and earn a history doctorate from Brigham Young University.

She is survived by her husband Michael, mother Jean, and 3 children: John (Paige), Robert (Debbie), and Jenifer (Mike), 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday May 11th 2019 at the LDS chapel located at: 1476 N 300 W Bountiful UT 84010.
