Sharlene Stevens Andersen passed away at the age of 90 in her home on May 26, 2023, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on November 17, 1932, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Earl Stevens and Elouise Fausett. She married Garald Victor Andersen, and later divorced.

Sharlene enjoyed crocheting, baking, and reading. She was known for her witty sense of humor, and for her long-lasting battle with her recent illnesses. Above all else, Sharlene loved her family.

Sharlene is survived by her son, Gerald “Andy” Andersen, daughter Myrlene Louise Kone, daughter Mary Elizabeth Andersen, 9 loving grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother Elouise, father Earl, sister Lou Dean Bouvier, and daughter, Vickie Lou Allred.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM with viewing beginning at 10:00 AM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. Interment will immediately follow at the same location.
