Sammy Gilbert “Kino” Milliano was born in Durango, Colorado on September 8, 1960 to Herman and Mary Milliano. He liked to hunt, target practice, watch wrestling, go out to eat, listen to music, cook, read hunting magazines, go to movies, and attend hunting expos.

He was preceded in death by his father, both sets of grandparents, 2 aunts, 3 uncles, and his dog Max.

He is survived by his mother, stepfather Orville Gallegos, sisters Debbie (Bob) Rayson, Susie (James) Kunze, Donna Milliano, Mary (Mike) Weigle, Tina (Barry) Anderson, Nicole (Marvin) Little John, aunts Carrie, Martha, several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Kino was a wonderful son and the best brother and uncle we could have ever hoped to have. Our hearts are broken and he is missed by all who knew and loved him.

Our family would like to thank Mike and Trina Maes for being wonderful friends, his caretakers at Holladay Health Care – especially Angie and Highland Care Center.
