Loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. R. Glenn Lamb, 90, passed away July 26th, 2021, from causes incident to age. Born August 26th, 1930, in Coalville, Utah. The oldest child of William Rudger and Mary LaRue Calderwood Lamb. Married Mary M. Gallinat, October 28th, 1954, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dad enjoyed fishing and hunting with family, gardening, painting ceramics and working with his hands. He loved his family deeply, enjoyed scouting, sports, and was an excellent bowler. He loved Christmas, Disneyland, socializing with others, and adored the simple pleasures of life such as eating ice cream, candy, and diet coke. He retired from Mountain Fuel after 43 years. Dad was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Survived by his wife, Mary and three children, Sherrie (Kenneth) Rupp, Clark Lamb, Connie (Victor) May, sister Pauline Lamb and half-brother, Mike Lamb. Also, survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents and half-brother, Billy Dean Lamb. A viewing will be held Sunday, August 1st from 6:00-7:30pm at Larkin Mortuary 3688 W. 12600 S. Riverton, Utah. A graveside service will be held Monday, August 2nd, 2021, at 11:00am at Valley View Memorial Park 4335 W. 4100 S. West Valley City, Utah.
