Our beloved Roshelle Melinda Salazar returned home to her Heavenly Father on March 1, 2021 at the age of 47 due to her long, courageous fight with cancer. She was born on July 5, 1973 to Toby and Rozella Salazar in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Taylorsville High School. Roshelle also attended Southern Arizona Bible College.
Roshelle was always the life of the party. Everyone knew her for her goofy facial expressions and was able to tell how she was feeling each day. She loved music, shopping, animals, being outdoors, and especially being with her family and friends. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by her loving parents, her siblings, Rodney, Pam, and Lonnie, her three nieces, and seven nephews, and her best friend and furry companion – Sadie.
An evening viewing will be held on Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. The following day, the funeral service for immediate family only will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Interment will follow the services at the same location.
