Rosemary Burdette

Rosemary Burdette was born on October 14, 1953 and passed on February 23, 2021.

Rosemary is the youngest daughter of Elizabeth Caroline Bowman Burdette and John F “Jack” Burdette Sr.

She is preceded in death by her parents; favorite aunt, Barbara B Speciale; half-brother Jack Burdette and brother David Burdette. Surviving her death is her daughter Heather Rae Elizabeth Burdette and three grandchildren, Ashley, Nicholas and Britney. Also, sisters, Caroline Burdette and Essie Burdette and nieces and nephews.

Rosemary was a working single parent. She did take her responsibilities seriously, caring for her daughter and helping with her grandchildren. She valued her independence and with that determination she was successful in purchasing her home; caring for her family, living in her home until her death. Rosemary loved her family, she had a sense of humor; she was generous and wanted to be helpful to others; she did enjoy holidays.

A celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held Monday, March 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. Interment to follow.

Memorial Mortuaries requires masks to be worn inside of the facilities.

We missed a lot of time with Rosemary and she surely will be missed.
