Preston Palmer King was born in Pocatello, Idaho on June 20, 1989 to Martin and Gwen King. Shortly after, Preston and family moved to Elko, Nevada where he would continue with his upbringing through high school graduation in 2007.

Preston was a beloved son, brother, friend, and so much more to those who had the privilege of knowing him. He brought joy, laughter, and warmth into the lives of everyone he encountered.

During his high school years, Preston found himself amidst a circle of remarkable friends known as the "Purple Guys." Together, they brightened the halls with joy, laughter, and unwavering support, leaving an indelible mark on their school community.

Preston's journey with the National Guard stationed him at Fort Bennington, where he not only served his country but also honed his skills in IT. This pivotal experience laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Leveraging his expertise, Preston went on to establish his own successful companies, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovation throughout his life.

Preston's musical talent was a defining feature of his life. Many knew him for his captivating performances, often showcased in his beloved car TikTok videos. With his infectious laughter and soulful renditions of favorite songs, he brought joy to countless viewers, leaving a lasting impression with every tune.

Preston is survived by his parents, Martin & Gwen, sisters- Madison Staszkiewicz (Chuck Staszkiewicz) and Baylee Green (Alex Green). Along with his children Daisy Palmer and Waylon Jay.

Preston’s services will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024 at Memorial Murray Mortuary; 5850 South 900 East, Murray, UT 84121. His viewing will begin at 12:00 pm with a service to follow at 2:00 pm with lunch and reception to follow the services.

Preston's absence leaves a profound void in the lives of those who knew him. Yet, his legacy of kindness, love, and boundless joy will endure, forever etched in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross his path. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift, serving as a guiding light for those who carry his memory forward.
