Pilar was born February 25, 1952. She passed away at her home on December 21, 2022. Pilar enjoyed life in every aspect, including walking in Brighton Canyon, plays, theaters, and vacations. She loved all the proms, graduations, experiences, and all the laughter and pride it brought. She has shown great strength and dignity through life’s challenges. Her most precious times were with family and gatherings. She has now moved on to the rest of the family that has passed, and is with mom, dad, and countless others for another family gathering. With all our love, Mary, Sarah, Jordan, Tyler.

I got to know Pilar when she was working at Sunrise of Holladay and my mother, and then my mother-in-law, were living there. She was unfailingly kind and we developed quite a good rapport once we discovered that we had Judge/St. Mary's roots, just one year apart. So sad to lose someone like her so young. We had the nicest conversation the last time I saw her. So grateful for that.

Pilar was my best friend at Cathedral School. She was a constant companion as pre-teen and we shared so many learning times together. I'm sorry she is gone and I hope you can heal from your loss. She was a great friend.
