Patrick Labib Michael, age 70, passed away on January 20, 2022 at Intermountain Hospital in Murray, Utah. He was born in July 9, 1951 in Freetown, Sierra Leone to Micael and Juliete Michael. He married Naimen Lyoubi Michael on November 20, 1977.
Patrick was a professional rugby player, he enjoyed hunting and he was an alumnus of Black Rock College of Dublin, Ireland.
He is survived by his wife, Naimen, his three children, Simon, George and Bernadete, 7 grandchildren, Miriam, Naimen, Mackenzie, Meachaleigh, Aaleyan, Leylani and Danny, nieces, nephews and other family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Michel and Juliete, siblings, Edmond, Jhon, Joseph and Lucia, and his son, Danny.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM (Mountain Time) at Memorial Redwood Mortuary located at 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, Utah. Interment will take place at the Memorial Redwood Cemetery immediately following the service.

Naimeh and all the family, we are so sorry and sad to hear about our beautiful brother Labib. Such a shock . Labib was a very kind and thoughtful brother and always looking out for others. I have so many beautiful memories of Uncle Labib from the days in Freetown. My dad loved Uncle Labib and would always make sure he stopped by his and auntie Naimeh's home.
My heart and prayers go out to Auntie Naimeh, the kids, grandkids and the entire Michael Family here in the US and accross the world, for such a sudden and great loss.
