Patricia Redding, 78, passed away peacefully with family by her side on February 12, 2026, in Farmington, Utah.

Born on December 3, 1947, in Ogden Utah, Patricia lived a life defined by dedication, strength, and love for her family. She carried herself with grace and warmth, touching the lives of those around her through both her kindness and her vibrant spirit.

Patricia enjoyed a long and successful career with in both retail and

Continental Airlines, where she worked for many years before retiring. She took pride in her work and formed many friendships throughout her career. Her strong work ethic and commitment were qualities that defined much of her professional life.

Outside of work, Patricia had a deep love for fashion and shopping. She had a wonderful sense of style and delighted in putting together outfits that reflected her personality. Whether browsing her favorite stores or simply enjoying time out and about, these moments brought her great happiness. She also treasured the companionship of her beloved furry friend, Tippy, who was always close by her side.

Above all, Patricia loved her family. Preceded in death by her husband Clarence Redding and brother Mike Moran. She is survived by her sister, Sharon Vaughn; her beloved children, Scott and Tia Pontillo; and her treasured grandchildren Sierra Redding, Gray Knighton, Jaden Knighton, Samuel Pontillo, Jordyn Redding, and Xaya Stens. Her grandchildren were a particular source of pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Patricia will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her independent spirit, and the love she gave so freely. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
