Nathan lived a rather solitary life but always remained close to his family. He felt most at peace away from large crowds and on his own. He had a special relationship with his mother and went out of his way to make sure she had what she needed and was happy, many times at his own personal sacrifice. He loved to hang out with his brothers and be involved with special family occasions. He adored his nieces and nephews who reciprocated that love. Though not an extrovert his neighbors remember him as always being the one to throw together a BBQ for neighbors just so everyone would get to know each other. With his signature shaved head, cut-off sleeves, and loony-toons tattoos Nathan looked like a lion, but those of us who really knew him, knew he was just a kitten full of love and compassion for others.

Nathan is preceded in death by his older brother Corey Harper Decker. Nathan is survived by his father Conally Wayne Decker, his mother Judith Yates Decker, older brother Randall Wayne Decker, younger brother Jared Yates Decker and his nieces and nephews Keigo, Kody, Kailee, and Kimii.

There will not be a public funeral service or viewing. Interment will be decided at a later date.
