Moli Brenda Tua

Aug 29, 1959 May 12, 2021

Moli Brenda Tua also known as Puka, 61, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home in Taylorsville, Utah on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

She was born on August 29, 1959 in Saleimoa, Western Samoa and spent most of her life in California before moving to Utah.

Her life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. She is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ioane Taele Tua; her 2 daughters: Filifili Line Tua-Enele and husband, Enele Enele and Veronica Nerisa Tua-Tulau and husband Aaron Tulau, 10 beautiful grandchildren that she loved and adored: AJ, Greg, Quinton, Auston, Apelu, Queenie, Gwendolyn, Gunnar, Garth, and Aaliviah; Her mother Moli AhYau and many brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. She loved her family and treated everyone that she met like family. To know her was to love her.

She was a faithful woman who was born and raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served a full time mission in the Apia, Samoa mission. She was a virtuous woman who loved to serve in her church, community, and in her family. She held many church callings and her favorite was a Sunday school teacher.

Moli was a perfectionist and a woman of many talents. She enjoyed cooking, baking, singing, sewing, scrapbooking, reading, studying her religion, connecting the dots in her family genealogy, and in her younger years she enjoyed playing softball and volleyball. Two fun facts about Moli is that she played the piano with one hand (her left hand) and she drove using her two big toes. :)
