Miguel was the life of the party – everyone’s joy. He was one of a kind. He loved soccer and to protect the goal, as one of the best soccer goalies. Miguel was certified in what we call “life”. He was the party’s best DJ, the music to everyone’s soul.

He is survived by his parents, siblings Ernesto and Jazmine; his wife Steffani; adorable son Angelito; his loving family; the Rose Park community; and all of the DMK soldiers.

He is preceded in death by Lorenzo, Cuma, and Bebe.

Services will be held Monday, December 14, 2020 from 5:00 – 10:00 PM at the Arco Iris Reception Center, 240 North Redwood Road, North Salt Lake City, UT, 84054.

In compliance with Governor Herbert’s state-wide mandate on facial coverings, face masks are required at all services. Social distancing will be enforced.

Guestbook

Smerk, I still can’t wrap this around my head. I can’t believe you’re gone. You were the light in the sky. You have a smile that would brighten up the entire room. It did not matter what you were going through, you always had a smile in your face. You brought nothing but happy moments and funny times. It was never a dull moment, our crew will never be the same without you. You are and will always be our little brother and will forever live in our hearts, it’s not a goodbye it’s an “I’ll see you later smerk” RIP, fly high.
