They were married November 19, 1973 in the Salt Lake Temple. They enjoyed many activities, especially ballroom dancing and tennis. Clarence passed away January 11, 1993. Marlene served in several Relief Society presidencies, taught in all the Church auxiliaries and served in several stake callings.

She is survived by her stepsons; Dell C. Felix (Maurine) of Salt Lake City, Bruce E. Felix (Michelle) of Issaquah, Washington, and Scott D. Felix of Livingston, Montana; cousin, Janis Christensen and sister-in-law, Barbara Evans. My prayers and love go out to the family of Marlene Olsen Felix. I had the pleasure of working with Marlene for several years at New York Life and greatly enjoyed her leadership and kind nature. She was a good mentor and for that I just want to say thank you.
