Mark was known for being a spiritual and educated man. He was very loving, kind, caring and he was always willing to help everyone. He attained much of his knowledge through his desire to read and was interested to learn about everything.

He liked music: singing and dancing. He was the “tenor" voice in several choirs. He was known as a good dancer. His quick wit and good sense of humor touched everyone that knew him. He liked all people and good conversation.

He served his mission in Mexico, earned his BA in Business at BYU and earned a Masters Degree in Accounting at the University of Utah. He also served in the military as an Officer in the US Navy Air Corp during the Vietnam War.

Mark’s happiness was his home life, family and friends. He enjoyed visiting with everyone and found an interest in each of them, at every level. We are grateful that Mark no longer suffers from his mortal challenges.

He is survived by Patty Roberts and their 7 children: Randy; Brett (Kacey); Ryan; Derek (Heather); Timothy (Nicole); Ashleigh; and Anthony (Kasia) and 17 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Stanley (Lily); Keith (Pat); Jenet; Robert and Dee (Linda).

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Beverly and Leitha.

Mark’s memorial service will be announced at a later date.
