Marian S Christison

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother Marian S. Christison passed away Thursday August 4, 2022. It is impossible to put into words how much she meant to everyone. She had a zest for life and loved fiercely. Her family meant the world to her, and she meant the world to her family. Marian had a bubbly personality and a smile that could brighten any room. Marian was born January 6, 1940, in Spring City Utah to Austin and Lola Sorensen. She later graduated from Tooele High and became Miss Tooele County. Marian worked for many years as a sales representative in the freight industry. It was there that she met the love of her life Keith Christison and they were married on January 1,1994. Marian loved to be with her family and friends often hosting parties and events. She was famous for her lavish Christmas parties that would make any child’s heart burst for excitement for Santa to come. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed making her yard a beautiful oasis with her husband. Marian is preceded in death by her Father Austin Sorensen, Mother Lola Morris, and Stepfather Larry Morris. Marian is survived by her sweetheart Keith Christison, sons Mark (Lesile) Deveraux, Gary (Clair) Deveraux, Spencer (Becca) Christison, Ryan Christison, brother Clarence (Arlene) Sorensen, eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren and two more on the way. A graveside service will be held Wednesday August 10, 2022, at 11:00 AM in the Spring City cemetery.
