Lord Edward Scott born August 30th, 1939 in Salt Lake City and passed away January 13, 2021. His parents, John Edward Scott and Marcil Rose Rasmussen. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his wife Lady Diana Scott of 31 years and 5 siblings: John (Mary), Janis, Galen (Suzanne), Ilean, Margaret.

Children: Lance (MeLissa), John (Robyn), Walter (Lynn), Clint (Norah), Nathan (Gina), Farrah.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Marlene and son, Clint.

Edward was drafted into the US Army in 1967. He was stationed in Alaska as a radio repair technician.

He was proud of his Scottish heritage and the line of royalty he has come from. He would share his heritage with anyone who asked him about it. It is a powerful heritage that will continue with his family for years to come.

His fondest memory was playing with Shasta the Liger in Liberty Park growing up. He was also a pyrotechnics hobbyist as he enjoyed building fireworks and setting them off.

He loved the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. After he retired, he enjoyed spending his winters in Arizona and Mexico with his wife and together they enjoyed traveling.

Edward was a true people person who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date
