Lex Horrocks passed away due to natural causes on December 2nd at approximately 7pm.

He is preceded in death by his wife, the love his life for over 50 years Sherilyn Irene Horrocks, their youngest son Jacob Andrew Horrocks (Heidi), his parents, Merlin Curtis Horrocks and Joyce Vivian Horrocks, two brothers, Kirk Von Horrocks and Kevin Blaine Horrocks.

Lex is survived by his brother Brent James Horrocks, five Children, Jeffery Curtis Horrocks, Joy Shonette Horrocks, James Randall Horrocks (Tamara), Jennifer Lynn Horrocks, and Janna Lea Lewis (Darren), as well as sixteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Lex was known as a hardworking family man who had multiple professions throughout his life which included Kennecott Railroad, Southern Pacific Railroad and Commercial/Hazmat truck driving.

He always prioritized supporting his family first and was known for his dry wit and love for golf, Nascar, American rock music and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The love he had for his family was unconditional and he always had the ability to accept everyone's individuality often giving nicknames to family members which defined their own unique personalities.

He will be missed by all who truly knew him.
