To Stacey & family of a dear friend. May God comfort your hearts at this difficult time & know that (my) heart grieves for your loss & for the family & friends that are left behind who truly loved Larry. I grew up with Larry's brother Mark as they lived in my neighborhood & I was blessed to know him as Mark's little brother since he was a little younger than us. What a kind, remarkable & talented man he was. My younger brother Marty O'Bray was Mark's best friend & knew Larry well. My heart is broken, but I know through our Saviors words 1st Thessalonians 4:13-15 (13) "Brothers & Sisters we do not want you to be uniformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. (14) For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. (15) According to the Lord's word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left at the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep." We will see him again. Lord Jesus Christ is our "Hope" for an eternal glory & kingdom. Rest in these words & may you find peace and comfort in the days to come. God bless.

We met Larry through Alex, his daughter. We met him at a dedication for his granddaughter. He was filled with love for his children and grandchildren. He was also generous. He invited us to visit him in Utah. I also remember seeing the beautiful furniture he created. It is evident how much he pored into his children, grandchildren and his work. He will be missed.
