It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kesimane Jessper Gaoa, age 24, on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Born on May 23, 2001, at LBJ Tropical Medical Center in Pago Pago, American Samoa, Kesimane was a beloved son, brother, nephew, and friend whose life touched many.

Kesimane was the son of Pulea'ava U'ulopaimoana Gaoa (deceased) and Viisolo Fau. His childhood was marked by love and exploration, starting his education at ECE in Ta'u, Manu'a. He later attended Lupelele and Tafuna Elementary Schools in Tutuila, PagoPago, AS. He graduated from Tafuna High School in 2019 and, on January 27, 2022, decided to relocate to Utah to be nearer to his brother, Fetu Gaoa.

Throughout his life, Kesimane worked diligently at Litehouse Foods, Sunroc Construction, Countertop Source & 7-Eleven in Hurricane, Utah. His hobbies included playing basketball and pickleball, and he had a true passion for cooking and building an inspiration from his father's work as a carpenter. Kesimane was known for his warm personality, his ability to make friends easily, and his caring nature. He loved spending quality time with his family, especially his nephews and nieces, and cherished moments with his mother, who was his greatest love.

Kesimane's life was marked by love, kindness, and a generous spirit. Despite his naturally shy demeanor, he was a caring son, brother, and uncle to all around him. His love for his siblings was deep, and his devotion to his family was unwavering.

Kesimane is survived by his sisters: Fa'amalepe Christina Gaoa Sousou, Caroline Ume, Soaifetu Gaoa, Naumati Filimigo, Fa'afofoga Gaoa, Naomi Kalalau, and Feto'iai Gaoa Nu'uifaigata. His brothers include Fetu Star Gaoa, Muamua David Gaoa, Anthony Ume, Solomona Tua, Solosolo Gaoa, and Junior Gaoa. He is also deeply loved and remembered by numerous friends and family members, who will hold his memory close forever.

His funeral service will be held on August 16, 2025, with Public Viewing beginning at 9:30AM, followed by the Funeral service at 10:30AM @ Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S Bluff St, St. George, UT 84770.

Kesimane's spirit will forever remain in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
