If you’re reading this, you were impacted by the incredible woman that was Kelly Wagner. To know her was to know happiness in human form. She was devoted to loving unconditionally, putting a smile on the face of others, and always seeing the good in life.
Our Mom's Accomplishments:
1. Raised two beautiful girls.
2. Learned to say "I love you." again.
3. Jumped out of a perfectly good airplane.
4. Bowled more "Turkey's" than anyone you know.
5. Kept golfing with the use of only her left hand.
6. Never missed a chance to call and sing someone Happy Birthday.
7. Remembered her alphabet while fighting West Nile Virus.
8. Happy days, to us.
Taught herself how to tie her shoes one handed.
9. Kept our dad in line, she knew just how to make things right.
10. Always stayed positive, no matter the challenges she faced.
Kelly woke up every morning and chose happiness. Be like Kelly.

Steve and family. I am so sorry for your loss. Kelly was such a beautiful person and so strong. She made me laugh so many times. We also cried many times. I am so glad she continued to live her life to the fullest. She will be missed. She touched so many people and her energy will live on. I know Kelly would say keep living. Peace to you all.
Alot of my happiest memories are boating and hanging around with Steve and Kelly, Buck and Trish, and all the Whiteheads and Raddons at Lake Powell and Flaming Gorge. Stephen, your wonderful wife. Megan and Kaitland, your beautiful mother. You guys are so blessed to have such wonderful memories of such a beautiful and loving person. I'm so grateful to of had the opportunity to share in some of those memories. She was always Ms.Kelly to me.
As she walked through the office first came her "Big HI" then her Big WAVY, a Giant SMILE and a Huge hug along with two beautiful girls by her side. You could here all the laughter coming out of Stephens office when family was there. Kelly was such an active person, Bowling, jogging and enjoyed baking all kinds of different cakes for your birthday, and Christmas office parties. Football picks. bowling and spending time with her family.

My grandparents were neighbors with Kelly’s parents. They were also next door neighbors on a little lake in Delta, Utah. Both families enjoyed much of their time there every summer. Kelly was always beautiful. Always smiling Always having fun. As the years went by and I got older I couldn’t help but look at her as an inspiration! Every single time I saw her I was in awe of how she seemed to live life so fully. Seeing her was so great because it was a big reminder to stay positive and not give up. My heart ❤️ broke for Kelly’s wonderful husband Steve and her two beautiful girls. I cherish many years of fun, happy and joyous memories with Kelly. We camped, rode 4-wheelers, and spent Mother’s Day in Moab. I look up to her strength, love, and funny sense of humor. I miss you Kelly and hope you know how very much I will always love you my friend.
