Kelly Maxell Wilcock was born September 16, 1951 to LeRoy Maxell and Norma Jean Cooley Wilcock in Murray, Salt Lake Co., Utah.

He departed this mortal life on September 22, 2021 at 3am in Portage, Wisconsin. He was a resident of Oxford, Wisconsin.

Kelly proudly served in the United States Army for 22 years retiring as Sargeant First Staff.

He excelled in Math, and graduated from South High School in Salt Lake Utah.

He loved Riding his motorcycle and playing his games on the computer.

He is predeceased by his parents, two brothers LeRoy Eugene and Roger Dean Wilcock. His wife Margaret Eileen Elizabeth Mayer Wilcock, two sons Darren Kelly and Dean Maxell Wilcock. Two nephews, David LeRoy Wilcock and Terence James Moala, one brother in law, Ronald Atwood. He is survived by his daughter Zoey Leigh ( Dan ) Roode, brother, Ernest Brent Wilcock and two sisters,

Nancy Kaye Atwood and Cheryl Lynn Wilcock (Semisi) Moala.

Kelly has many nephews, nieces, cousin's and friends who are left and will greatly miss him.

Kelly has been cremated and his daughterhas possession of his remains.

A memorial service will be held at a later date by his friend in Oxford, Wisconsin.
