Do you remember, the 3rd night of September? The year was 1961 when the beautiful lioness cub with curls of gold blessed this world. Kellie quickly became her Mother’s and Sibling’s Warrior. A caretaker and fierce protector of whom she loved.

From a young age Kellie knew what she wanted and “The Secret” to receiving the best this world has to offer- Hard Work! It began by raising funds to tour Europe with her Girl Scout Troop, to hopping on a train to Skagway Alaska, hospitality in Las Vegas and of course The Queen of Staffing! We’d wager everything we own to find a more dedicated, passionate, driven woman. Not coincidentally, when her “Boy” Nephew Preston inquired what she would want to be if she could be an animal, she chose the Black Stallion. Kellie was by far the most valiant, brave, loving and giving work horse you’d ever know.

Her adventurous spirit loved her time living in Hawaii with Tawnia, living in Star Valley Wyoming with her family, trip to Jamaica with her daughter Chambrae, Cooperstown New York with family as well as Australia and many more places with the love of her life and husband Kevin Robertson. Kevin was her Knight, her rock and catered to her every whim. Kellie always had a project (or 3) for him! He lovingly devoted his time, sweat and talents to serve his Queen. Their love and journey together over the past 37 years was unwavering and a romance made in heaven.

The beat of her heart was her children, Chambrae Hale (Colin) and Braxton Robertson (Madie). There was nothing she would not do to ensure they lived their best life. She loved them to the moon and back and was so proud of them both. Their greatest gift to their mother was her “Six Pack”: Presley, Ryder, Tatum, Sailor, Maverick and Riggs. These Grandchildren were the absolute joy in her life, the twinkle in her eyes and smile on her face.

If you knew Kellie, you know she was a giver. One way she showed her loved was to feed you. A natural “foodie” who never needed a recipe, a master creator. There was always ten times more than needed but this is what she loved to do. The time, creativity and love she spent on every single holiday and occasion was to put it mildly -Over the Top! She spared no time or expense to create these marvelous memories that we will cherish forever.

Not one to limit herself, her best friends were many. Her Mother Jacqueline Drummond was her first. Her Siblings: Heidi Nissen (Bill), Tiffany Stiefel (Kevin), Megan Arnovick (Derik) and Joshua Moore (Monique) became the same. Of course, she had her Partners in Crime: “Moy” Joyce Vaughn, Tawnia VanRoosendaal, Sherrie Harney Giroux, and Jill Patton. As well as her “Ethel/Louise” Jayne DeCorso Peterson. Kellie was a fanatic lover of The Utah Jazz and The Utah Utes, winning the Utah Utes Tailgate Championship in 2015.

Kellie and her sister Megan embarked on their dream made to reality by opening Synergy Staffing Partners in 2008. The company quickly rose to the top and they shared the best of times. Kellie was a mentor and friend to EVERYONE, no matter the social status or background. She believed there was value, good and love in every soul. She strived to make a difference and improve the lives of her team, her associates, and clients alike. Kellie was simply The Best in the West!

Kellie was taken from us too soon on June 12, 2022. We know she is now rejoicing with her Son Chap, her Mother and Father, Grandparents and many other family members and friends. May there be unlimited shopping and endless closet space in heaven Kellie! She is now a Guardian Angel to all of us who will so dearly miss her. “Remember who you are and what you stand for!”

A viewing will be held on June 23, 2022 from 6 to 8 PM at 6500 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT and a viewing on June 24, 2022 from 11 AM to 1 PM prior to funeral services also at Memorial Redwood Mortuary.

Kellie’s legacy of giving will continue by her wish that in lieu of flowers, please bring a blanket to donate to charity to keep the hearts of others warm.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Friday June 24, 2022 anytime from 6PM to 10PM at Kellie’s Oasis 11699 S Stone Crest Cir., Riverton, UT.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Kellie when I worked at Pace Staffing Services. She was amazingly kind and so good to everyone. She was professional and she went out of her way to help others get a job. I haven't seen Kellie since about 2008 when she and Meagan started Synergy Staffing. I am sure she is watching over all of you!
