Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and wife, Judith W. Perez, 82 years of age, passed away on August 16, 2021. She was born on July 15, 1939, in Logan, Utah to Frank and Ramona Williamson. She married Edward Perez, Jr. on April 25, 1958 in Elko, Nevada.

Judy worked for the Tax Commission for the state of Utah. She also worked for Sundance Catalog and enjoyed the “discount” where she purchased many gifts for family and friends. Movies were also a big part of Judy’s life, she loved going and talking about them with family and friends. She also loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren coloring, playing word games, and challenging herself with crossword puzzles. She also loved reading and getting together for lunch with her lifelong friends and her sister, Patti.

She is survived by her husband Edward Perez Jr., of Salt Lake City, Utah, her loving sister Patti Wittwer (John), her three children; Quinn (Marjorie) Perez of Salt Lake City, Utah, Brad (Diane) Perez of Herriman, Utah, and Rodney (Connie) Perez of Taylorsville, Utah; her grandchildren Jill (Curtis) Reese, Kristen (Jason) Anderson, Angela (Beau) Haskell, Nicolette (Christian) Turner, Jacob Perez, Nathan and Patrick Perez, Samantha and Danielle Perez; her great grandchildren Damon and Markus Allred, Scarlet Anderson, Benjamin Reese and Nora Haskell.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frank Carr Williamson and Ramona (Weston) Williamson, and sister, Virginia (Williamson) Jensen.

A private family viewing will be held. A celebration of life is scheduled for September 11, 2021, at Murray Park from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Judy will be cremated and her urn will be placed at Camp Williams in her husband, Eddie Perez’s plot as a Veteran of the U.S. Navy Services.
