Joyce is preceded in death by her parents Blaine and Frances Mecham, her sister Lana Spence.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Joyce some 20 plus years. Not only as a neighbor but as our "Tax Lady". We looked forward to seeing her every year. Some more than others.......depending on the outcome. Either way, she was such a joy to be around. She always wanted to know about our family. She was a sincerely caring person. To her dear family and friends, please accept our since condolence. She was so proud of her family. We will miss her.
