Joseph James Wagstaff (Jim), 92 passed away on Friday, May 3, 2024, in St. George Utah. Jim was born on October 20, 1931, in Salt Lake City, Utah to parents William George Wagstaff and Katherine (Weldon) Wagstaff. His birth caused quite a stir as he was the youngest of the Wagstaff triplets. He married Barbara (Curtis) on June 24, 1958, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He was a passionate tennis player and could often be found on the courts in Liberty Park and later at the PRO Club in Bellevue, Washington. Jim was an avid science fiction reader and enjoyed relaxing in the Washington sun with a book. In 2017 Jim retired and relocated to St. George, Utah with Barbara and their Scottish Terriers, Willie, and Lucy.

Jim is survived by Barbara, his wife of 65 years, still residing in St. George. His daughters Kelly Autry (Chris), Erin Litka (Glenn Sikkema), and Kathleen Keeffe (Paul). His 10 grandchildren, Maggie, Andrew, Nate, Abbie, Nicole (Sam Tykol), Jay (Shannon Autry and baby Maeve), Bennett, Mitchell, Emily and Weston.

The family would like to thank Dixie Hospice Care for their consistent and caring support of Jim and the family this last year.
