Jessie "Kathy" Kathleen Svedeen

Jessie Kathleen (Kathy) Svedeen passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on March 17, 2021 at her home in Sandy, Utah.

She was born to loving parents, Edwin and Jessie Henry in Mt. Vernon Washington on July 8, 1935

After graduating with a Masters Degree in psychology from Whitman College, she moved to California where she married her husband, Dr. Kendal Svedeen, DVM.

She is survived by her son Butch Svedeen and his wife, Traci Svedeen and their three sons, Jack, Chaz and Blake and her son, Robert Svedeen and his four children, Brooke, Shaunna, Cassidy and Noah. She will also be missed by her dog, George and cat, Maggie.

In her free time, she loved to socialize with her many friends and read fiction novels.

She will be missed by her friends and family.
