Jeffrey Mitchell had been suffering from type 1 diabetes and a heart condition for many years. His poor body was tired and has left this life for one that is pain free.

Jeffrey's greatest joys were his connections with his close friends, his family, music (especially Elton John). But his biggest joy of all was his garage (a.k.a. - his "Happy Place")! His garage is where his passion thrived and where he prided himself in with all the amazing internal/external upgrades and changes he thoroughly enjoyed making to all his many vehicles and bullet bikes.

Jeffrey had a variety of talents. From professional diving in high school, tumbling competitions in his 20's, his ability to turn heads everywhere we went with his incredible dance moves and last (but not least) his incredibly contagious deep belly laugh that made everybody else laugh.

Jeffrey leaves behind his parents (Jackie & Mike Shovan), 5 brothers (Steve, Chad, Josh, Jake and Jeremy). His forever best friends (Brady Turville & Randy Devereaux). And his "other mother" Aunt Gloria.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his nephew Skyler.

A celebration of life and release of his ashes will take place privately this summer.
