Our hearts are breaking as Jeff passed from this life to the next on August 28, 2018. A devoted husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves a legacy rich with love, purpose and gratitude.
Jeff passionately adored his family, Air Force squadron, Lakeview Hospital staff, and all his friends. We are so grateful for all the happy moments and memories we have had with him.
He found his passion in creative work. Jeff could grab various paints and make impressive works of art. His imagination and vision extended into capturing stunning photographs of the landscapes and people around him. He loved to tinker and craft projects of all variety. Jeff had the purest singing voice, most genuine smile, a hearty laugh and an endless supply of movie quotes — often paired with a silly dance.
Jeff is survived by his parents Jenine and Jack; siblings Clint (Amy), Donelle, Jared (Whitney), Shailyn (Paul); wife, Susan; fur babies, Cooper and Abby; children, Jack D. You and me together, we can do anything.
and Jordan (Collin); granddaughter Sage; nieces and nephews, Dylan (Skye), Taylor (Justin), Chris, Tyler, Cody, Gage; grandnieces, Brynlee and Rylee; and many friends and relatives.
To honor his life, we will gather for funeral services on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 11am at Russon Mortuary, 1941 North Main Street, Farmington. A viewing will be held at this location Wednesday, September 5 from 6–8pm and Thursday from 9:45–10:45am prior to services. A private burial of Jeff’s ashes will be held at a later time.

I love this guy. And I say that because he is still around, we just cannot see him with our physical eyes. He was such a great friend that I was blessed to know and call my buddy while serving with the 419MDS. Jeff and I had a connection through our whimsical antics at work and deployments. He will always be cherished and remembered fondly and I cannot wait to be with him again beyond the veil of this mortal world. Love you buddy.
