Janice Wilson December 8, 1942- July 28, 2022 (age 79)

Janice was born in Murray Utah on December 8, 1942 to William Walter & Elma Boggess Wilson. She was raised on a small farm in West Jordan, just off of Redwood Road. As a young lady, she attended Bingham High School and then married and began her family.

Janice loved to dance, bowl and play the organ and piano. She could often be caught watching a Yankees Baseball game or Andre Agassi tennis match on TV. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she was often playing the hymns and uplifting others at Sunday Services. Many people commented on how much they loved hearing her play. When she would develop an interest in various subjects, she would often search out information and study whatever it was until she fully filled her curiosities. She always enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Throughout the years, the love of her child hood was always present with the animals she had in her life. She always had dogs and at times horses. She loved the companionship they provided.

Janice is survived by her brother Dennis Wilson (Joann), sister-in-law Susan Wilson (Boyd), her children Val Shields, Connie Morgan (Russ), Gary Shields (Nicole) and Jeff Shields (Shilo). Grandchildren Brandy Harper (Eric), Rick Shields, Carly Shields, Lexi Taylor (Chase), McKay Morgan and Kylie Morgan. Also, great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents William Walter & Elma Boggess Wilson and Brother Boyd Wilson.
