James Wade Thomas, age 51, died on December 21, 2020. He was born on February 28, 1969 in Odessa, Texas to Donald and Renee Thomas.

James married Becky Hallam on February 25, 1994 (later divorced). They remained very good friends.

He loved anything having to do with the great outdoors – camping, fishing, or hunting. He loved all of his family, especially his grandchildren. He was always there for anyone in a time of need. Throughout his journey in life, he made many friends and will be remembered and missed by all.

He is survived by his parents Renee (John) Holiday and Donald Ray (Lorrie) Thomas; ex-wife Becky Thomas, son Brodie (Susan) and Jami; grandchildren Loralee and Scarlette; brothers Donald Jr. (Marlena) Thomas and John M. (Stacey) Holiday; sisters Debra Sleight (Rick) and Holly Nolan (Lloyd); and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2021 – please contact the family for details.
