Larry was an example of service and hard work. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings including Bishop. His favorite callings centered around the youth. Many Eagle Scouts add him to their list of gratitude second only to their mothers.

Larry was employed by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he moved his family to Peru and Ecuador. He lovingly served as an Area Controller over the 5 Northern Andes countries. His love and service continued to be extended to the youth in South America where he was often found feeding and raising funds for orphanages. He even started a chapter of Boy Scouts of America in Ecuador.

He ended his employment with the church after 20 plus years to start a company with his sons which continues to grow today.

Larry is survived by his wife Janice, children: James (Lynette), Anthony, Kelly (Tiffany), Summer (Ryan), Ben (Amanda), and Andrea (Tim). 21 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 2 brothers: Rulon, Chris and 1 sister, Jody. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister; Elva Lynn, and brother David.
