Heather Rasmussen Payne passed away November 27, 2023 in Provo, Utah. She was born October 30, 1972 to Robert D Rasmussen and Veatrice Roberts also in Provo, Utah. She attended Provo High School graduating in 1991. Heather also attended Stevens Henager College. She married Bryan Payne in Las Vegas, Nevada and was later divorced. Heather lived in Tooele, Utah and she absolutely loved it there. She lived with her sister Shelley Miller and her two nephews Lyn and Geoff Miller

Heather loved to write stories and draw. She wrote a book called Ashley’s Whisper. She loved music. She was such a huge BTS fan. She also was a fan of country and loved Prince and Michael Jackson.

Heather is survived by three amazing children that she loved dearly. Sydney Payne (oldest) Briget Dunn(Middle) and Jeffery Robbins (youngest). She was also a loving grandmother to Rose Marie Dunn with one grandson on the way. She was an amazing mother-in-law to Shea Dunn and Chris Gordon and an amazing best friend to Shelley Miller (BFF) Christina and James Dunn. She also was an amazing aunt to her nieces and nephews. Heather was a wonderful little sister to Shelley Miller, and Mike Rasmussen... she loved them with all her heart - Shelley was her BFF and Mike was the loving older brother.

She is preceeded in death by her parents.

Heather was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Tooele Utah. She was so excited about the temple in Tooele. She truly loved her Heavenly Father.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses who cared for her the Utah Valley Hospital. We would also like to thank Serenicare Funeral Home and the supportive members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Heather on December 11, 2023 at 12:00 pm at the Tooele 18th Ward, 1025 West Utah Avenue, Tooele, Utah 84074.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for help with cremation costs. Donations can be made via the crowd funding information listed below.
