Obituary for Hattie Florene Perkins. Age 97. She died on November 29th, 2022, in Kearns Utah. She was born on March 15th, 1925, in Jacksonville Florida to Nora Hattie Musgrove and Thomas Charles Copeland. She married Bion Wilcox Perkins on October 7th, 1944, in the Salt Lake City Temple. She worked at the Telephone Company for 20 years and retired in August 1982. She loved children and spending time with her family. She enjoyed sewing and gardening.

She was admirably strong or stubborn as others would say. She was remarkably independent and left a lasting impact on her family, showing that no matter what life throws your way that it's essential to keep your head up and be confident in yourself. She is survived by Larry Bion Perkins (Sherlene), Franklin Terry Perkins (Janet), Carla Althea Thorstrom (Gary), Joseph Lee Perkins (Michelle), Linda Florine Springer (Marvin “Sip”), Nona Cay Nibley (Robert), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by Bion Wilcox Perkins, Reed Lynn Perkins (Kelly), Travis Thorstrom, B52randy Thorstrom, and fourteen brothers and sisters. She will be remembered and loved by so many for years to come. Anyone who is lucky enough to have known her will not be soon to forget her.
