Frank Burt Werner was born November 25th, 1946 and died August 12th, 2023 due to complications related to diabetes and kidney failure.

Frank loved four things in the world: His girlfriend (Shauna McIntosh), being a cop, Chinese buffets and his bird (love bucket). His bird and his girlfriend knew they had competition for his heart, but they never minded sharing

Shauna and Frank found each other later in life but, we assume it was because he was saving the best for last. They were the best companions and loved each other absolutely.

Frank had two children.

His sense of humor was his greatest asset and his Hawaiian shirts his greatest accessory. He was deeply loved by many and will be missed by most.

Instead of somber faces and funeral clothes, Frank's wish would be for you to hit a Chinese buffet in his honor or share a laugh with loved ones.

Anyone who has a funny Frank story is encouraged to join his family and fellow friends at Publik Coffee Roasters (975 S. West Temple) on September 30th, 2023 between 11am to 1pm.
