Frank Fuller was born on August 26, 1935 in Hayward, CA, to Francis Marvin Fuller and Minnie Roundy Fuller. He was the oldest of five children, and at times, played the roll of father to his brothers and sisters. In 1953, he met the love of his life, Lee Ann Peterson, and they were secretly married in 1954, (but didn’t tell anyone for 3 months!). They never looked back, and In the end, they were married for an amazing 68 years.

The young couple wound up moving back home to Salt Lake City, where Frank, through hard work, dedication and perseverance earned his architectural license. Some of the buildings he worked on were several Smith’s Food Kings, the Tram building at Snowbird ski resort, the restoration of the Governor’s Mansion after it had caught fire, the Scott Mattheson court building, and he designed the Energy and Minerals Research Building at the University of Utah. He also served as President of the Utah American Institute of Architects.

His hobbies and interests included music and playing guitar, art and painting, animals, (especially his dogs Sammie and Mitzie), was a contributing member of The Intermountain Society of Artists, (ISA), bad dad jokes, and watching the Utah Jazz.

Although, if you listened to him watching the Jazz, you would probably think he was murdering someone, due to his language.

Frank is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lee Ann, his Daughter Wendy Davis and his son Darin (Lisa) Fuller. In addition, he leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, and 2 brothers, Max Fuller and Greg Fuller.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Minnie, his 2 sisters, Karilin (Cliff) Robb and Camille Jackson. He is also preceded by children Teresa Rigby and Frank D. Fuller.

The viewing will be held this Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022, from 11:00 - 12:30, at Larkin Mortuary located at 260 E. South Temple. SLC, Utah 84111. The graveside service will then move to the Salt Lake City Cemetery, the entrance of which is located at 4th Ave and N St.
