Frank Lee Burnum

Frank Lee Burnum, age 73, passed away on December 29, 2023, at home in St George, Utah.

Frank is survived by his daughter Melissa Thompson, son-in-law Jonathan Thompson, his grandchildren Triston Burnum Franco, Donavan Franco, Kayden Thompson, Kyson Thompson, Kara Burnum and his great-granddaughter Adelaide Burnum Franco. He is preceded in death by his father Hugh Burnum, mother Mattie Wilcox & two sons Donald Burnum & Kurt Burnum.

Frank was born on December 7, 1950, in Muncie Indiana to parents Hugh Burnum and Mattie Lee Wilcox. He proudly served in the Army for seven years during the Vietnam war after which, he moved to Wendover Nevada and accepted a position as a heavy equipment mechanic at a local mine, where he worked for more than 43 years.

Frank was a loving father, grandfather, coworker, and friend to all who knew him, and he will be missed greatly.

The family would like to thank everyone for all the support, prayers and messages of comfort received during this difficult time.
