Francis "Colleen" Brown Syndergaard

Francis “Colleen” Brown Syndergaard, age 75, passed away on November 6, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on November 1, 1947 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Fred J Syndergaard on March 17, 1969.

Colleen was a primary teacher and she was the mother of 4 children. She worked in a nursing home as a nurse’s aide. She loved cats and dogs, enjoyed crocheting and doing wordsearch books and she had a huge heart.

She is survived by her kids, Fred J, Lorrie and Ashley and her dog, Kody. She is also survived by her grandkids; Jino, Bianca, Brady, Caitlyn, Stevie and Ashlee, her great-grandchild, Jayvon, her sisters, Deanna and Mary, and all her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred (August 8, 2004), her father, Francis Brown, her brother, Richard, her mother, Mildred Keeler, and all the animals that she loved.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 with a viewing taking place between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and the funeral beginning at 11:00 AM, at the Millcreek Stake Center located at 4220 South Jeannine Drive in Millcreek, Utah. Interment will take place at Memorial Redwood Cemetery located 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, Utah immediately following the funeral service.
