Fran Louise Williams Passed away on January 9, 2022, In Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 78.

She was born on July 31, 1943, in Richfield, Utah to Ervin David Williams and Celia Nay Williams. Fran was a very happy, fun loving person, she had the best sense of humour and was the best joker, always quick with a funny comeback.

She loved her family very much. She was always surrounded by her loving sister, and many nieces and nephews. She loved traveling aroung the country.Fran loved to play Bonco with her sister and her girlfriends. She enjoyed spending time with her family, by hosting many family gatherings and parties.

She is survived by her brothers Ben M. Williams (Wife Mercy) and Gerald O. Williams ( Wife Virginia), and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by Ervin Williams (Father), Celia Williams (Mother), Chan Williams (Wife Linda), Faye Barker (Sister), Roger Williams (Wife Kay).

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
