Ted was born October 25, 1952 in Salt Lake to Beatrice Swenson and Wallace J. Gove. He grew up with a very close, loving family. He had one brother and three sisters. His mother instilled in him the importance of family and to have a big heart. Ted's father taught him to fish, hunt and was an excellent example of what a husband, father and grandfather should be. All of those things Ted gave and passed on to his wife and three children.

Ted loved wood working and was very skilled in that craft. There wasn't anything he couldn't make. His greatest love and joy was his wife and best friend.

Ted is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Stacie, one brother, 2 sisters, son Kris (Lisa), daughters Ashlie (Tyson), and Amber, and 7 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Although loved and now lost, he will never be forgotten.

Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
